Meet Rachel!
Rachel has been an integral part of the LFS team since March 2014, serving as our dedicated Compensation Specialist. She loves being part of a workplace that prioritizes teamwork and looks out for each other, both in business and personal aspects of life. At LFS, Rachel works closely with our agents to ensure that commissions are calculated accurately and paid on time.
Outside of work, Rachel is a proud dog mom to two rescue pups, Bernard and Remy. A true sports enthusiast, she has been a Portland Timbers Season Ticketholder since 2010 and makes it a point to attend an away game each year in a new city—she’s already visited 11 different stadiums!
Rachel enjoys reading a variety of genres and joined a book group in 2024, expanding her literary horizons. She also loves doing puzzles and playing board games with friends and family.
When winter rolls around, you’ll find her hitting the slopes snowboarding, while summer days are perfect for paddle boarding.
As for ice cream, Rachel has a soft spot for all flavors but especially loves Butter Pecan, Mint Chocolate Chip, Waffle Cone Swirl, and Peppermint Bark.
On her bucket list? Rachel dreams of traveling the world, with trips to Australia and the United Kingdom at the top. A fun fact about her: she loves Disney and makes it a point to visit one of the US theme parks every year. Her friends affectionately call her “Mouse.”
