SureLC is a simplified contracting process which allows you to complete one set of paperwork to contract with the carrier(s) you wish to represent. You only need to send the completed packet, applicable state licenses, your E&O, and voided check to authorize EFT. If this is your first time contracting through LFS, follow the steps below under First-time Contracting.
First-time Contracting
Getting contracted has never been easier! Just follow these simple steps:
- Request the Sure LC Producer Set-Up Packet.
- Enter your information and select the carrier.
- Print the packet.
- Sign in all designated areas.
- Return the packet with your state license, E&O, and voided check to Contracting & Licensing (hyperlink to Ljohnson@LFSUS.com).
